 5-Year Limited Warranty on Wainscot Panel Systems

NEC Wainscot Panel System products are warranted to be free of material defects that might unreasonably affect their performance under normal conditions, when installed, finished and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's suggested applications for a period of 5 years from purchase.

This warranty covers NEC Wainscot Panel System products purchased for intended use only, and is not applicable to other uses of the products.

This warranty does not cover the following product problems, damage or failures: relating to factory or field applied finishes; moisture or corrosive environmental conditions; in the absence of reasonable and regular maintenance appropriate for the conditions in which the product is located; due to abuse or misuse; or caused by acts of God. This warranty does not cover consequential damages, including, without limitation, the cost of repairing or replacing property damaged as a result of product failure. New England Classic products are made with premium woods and wood veneers and will have natural variations in grain, color, and texture which are the essence of the woods' beauty and romantic appeal. These normal variations are not defects and will not be considered defects under this limited warranty.

NEC will repair or furnish replacement components found to be defective, or may at its sole option, refund the original purchase price of the defective product. The original proof of purchase sales receipt must establish that the product was NEC product.

Labor to remove, install, or transport a component or product, is not included under this warranty.  Shipping and transport costs associated with the replacement product are not covered by this warranty.

The product must be returned to NEC after authorization by NEC and is shipped at shipper's risk and insurance during transit.

This warranty is not transferable and is limited to the original purchaser.

The purchaser must notify NEC of all warranty claims promptly upon discovery of any defects or failures of the product and prior to the expiration of the applicable warranty period.

Shipping Lead Time Information

• Most orders for primed or unfinished wainscoting will ship in 10 days or less
• Most orders for painted or stained wainscot product will ship in 20 days or less
• Lead times for other products are usually listed on the product pages *
  

We can ship our wainscot wood paneling systems to virtually any address in the continental United States and our prices include delivery (unless you live on an island or other area where there are normally extra and unusual delivery charges.  If you live in such an area and want a quote, please contact us for details.) 

We ship from our facility in Florence, Alabama, so most shipments to the east coast or midwest will arrive two to three days after it is shipped.  Shipments to New England, the Mountain States or West Coast will normally arrive in 4 to 6 days after shipment. 

*Note that during our busiest season for wood mantels, wood mantel shelves (November and December) that our lead times may become extended by several additional days.

International Shipping Now Available!

Live outside the Continental USA?  First, let us say, "Thank you for your interest in our products!" Our prices include curbside delivery (or to an accessible loading dock, if a commercial address) within the continental United States of America.  Due to increased international attention and acceptance of our products, we are happy to suggest that you investigate setting up an account with Bongo International, a freight forwarding company with some US-based consolidation warehouses.  We will ship most of our products to your attention c/o Bongo International US warehouse address that you supply on the order.  Once the product is shipped, the remainder of the transaction is entirely between you and Bongo including any damage and shortage claims.  (Instances of such damage or shortage are extremely rare!) Also, our warranties are limited to products shipped to, installed and used exclusively within the continental United States.  We are not associated with Bongo International except in that we will ship to their U.S. based warehouses.
